I was introduced to Iyengar Yoga four years ago. At that time I was so excited to find something to increase my strength, but as my practice deepened I realized how it has moved beyond physical to the mental and emotional aspects of my life. I have since found my yoga practice to be a faithful companion along life?s journey. I am currently in my Third year of Teacher Training programme, studying with Marlene Mawhinney at Yoga Centre Toronto. I hope with teaching I can share the benefit of this practice to others.
