Toronto Yoga Instructor Brenda Ledsham

Brenda Ledsham began studying yoga in 1988. She has been studying and practising Iyengar Yoga for over 12 years. In 2006 she travelled to India to study in a month long intensive with Geeta Iyengar. Brenda has been teaching in Toronto for 5 years.
